It's a really exciting time to be a gooner, Stephen, mate 👍. For the first time in many years I am actually excited about the League Cup games, as I genuinely think our squad players are so strong we could possibly win it, with them taking us all the way to the trophy itself.

I totally accept I may well be getting carried away here, and we could easily go out at Ipswich in midweek, but, with the quality we have running right through the squad this season, it's difficult not to be excited by them. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Good result at a difficult place to go. Love the fight the team has for each other as well. Never take anything for granted and a hell of a long way to the finishing line but we look a real force again this season. Shame the plastics and the bitters couldn't win earlier though, eh. Anyway, up the Arsenal!

Raya's distribution last night had me sighing with appreciation. Some of those driven passes, straight to the feet of Saka or Tzolis..impeccable. It's not just the saves, it's the composure and the decision-making. I think he might be better than Seaman.

We look so formidable right now, Highbury, mate. We have both the quality and minerals in the squad to achieve incredible things this season. Obviously, it would be silly to start counting our chickpeas before they hatch, but it's extremely difficult not to be excited by this team/squad. ❤️

I'm delighted that Xhaka went to Germany and won the League he deserved it after how he turned things around for himself with us. I'd go as far to say as the only regret I have is he wasn't here with us to celebrate as we came so close with him but that is football 😊

I do hope we can maybe find an out and out goalscorer soon, but I'd take not having one if we continue playing like this. Even last season, I think it ended a deserved draw there, if I'm right.
