From people inside I hear there needs to be a cultural change, they need to get out of this comfort zone. I liked what Wenger said. If Arteta can’t impact the side in 3 months, he never will. This, give him 6 windows, give him 3 years rubbish creates that cosy atmosphere. We as fans can create that and do. We need to raise expectations. Don’t be afraid to set the bar high and marginally fail. It’s better than setting the bar so low it’s not even an accomplishment.
The board should have stopped the 4th place trophy crap. The board should have said Emery is expected to get top 5 this season and then competing for the league in season 2. Instead they say there is no expectation just improvement. Pundits - “ give him timeâ€. Fans - give him time. load of crap. We should be ashamed of accepting such poor standards. Emery sucked from day 1. We hope Arteta can succeed rather than know or expect. something is wrong.

I’m not so sure, Wenger couldn’t make a difference in his last 3 years
Arteta will argue he won the cup and shield, he will also argue that he inherited some shockers, we can’t disagree with that .
He certainly needs a decent window but I think he’s lost the team completely

And Every premier league manager bar Klopp Gardiola Lampard Mourinho and Ole would love to have our current squad at thier disposal, so why are we 15th.
1 2 3 or 4 more windows won't change or make up for what Arteta doesn't have in him, those who can do and those who can't claim they will in time.

Gunner - sorry but I don’t understand your point on Wenger. I personally think we over achieved with the squads and resources he had available to him. Some of that was his own doing and others just down to financial constraints.
I think Arteta has the best squad in years. He owes some of the youth presents to Wenger.
I’d bet that Wenger could get Top 5 with this squad.
