Maradona and Pele were the very reason the tern world class became necessary to have in the first place, it's become much over used word since but these two were the best of the best.

Celebrity is the one I don’t like - when I watch ins celebrity or some charity version of a game show I have to google hslf the celebs. When’s a MP a celebrity!

Ask any 10 year old anywhere in the world who Elvis, The Beatles, Pele are and what they did and 9/ 10 will give you the correct answer.
That's what sets those who are true geniuses of their art apart from those who were extremely good.
Maradona would need little introduction to most of those who were born long long after he finished playing which puts him firmly in the genius bracket too.

So many top class players miss out like Cruyff, Zidane, Henry, Pele, Zico, Zanetti, Di Stefano. But for me most of if not all of those players in the XI are one of a kind, never to be seen again. (still unsure about Iniesta over Zidane. )
