Oxfordshire, really? I can't remember us having worse seasons under Wenger as we did under Unai. I'm not including Arteta because he hasn't had a real season in-charge.
Major changes, like getting rid of an influential manager, require more forethought and planning. Now we're dashing about trying one stupid idea after the other.
