Evening all Ed's and fellow gunners, hope all's well. was just reading an article. (don't know if there's real truth in it) . stating that we are considering taking Leroy sané from Bayern when he's contract expires making the 28 year old winger a free transfer. (really hefty wages though, reportedly on £320grand a week at Bayern) . I personally feel if Arteta can get the best out of him, he'd be a solid addition to our squad. just wondered what you guys may think. if he's worth a go with the gunners.? . ?⚪️❤️.

Hello Gabi mate, hope you are all well.
It was a hard lost to take mate, but with both our 2our first choice c/bs missing we paid the price. Villa seem to have the bogey on us.
But still top after some really tough games since international break, but we look very tired.
As you say one game at a time.
Would have like to seen Norgaard have a chance in the next couple of games.
Big take away for me was we can't play Ode and Eze together, we look disjointed. No disrespect to Club Bruges or Wolves but we should not have a problem beating them.

High bill hope all’s well. agree my friend. saliba and big gabi are a big big miss. eze and ode together makes the team a bit lop sided and seems to effect eze in a fairly negative way. (drifts in and out of the game) making him way less effective… just wanted to say, I know victor is being eased back in from his injury. (and I like him a lot. ) . but once his up to full speed again he seriously needs to start getting a proper feel for this team and start putting the ball in the back of the net…I know they said he baulked up a bit to get ready for the premier league but he looks too big and not so mobile. just wondered what people might think about trying martinelli or saka up top in certain games.
martinelli is a pest of a player with plenty of pace. and recently I read an article where Arteta was asked who the best finisher at the club is… and without any hesitation he replied saka. who as we know has plenty of pace to burn. I know they are both wingers. but defenders hate being attacked with pace…remember Henry turning up as a winger, wenger switched him to striker and as we know the rest is history. so why not try saka or martinelli through the middle they are both very intelligent footballers. mixes it up a bit . only my humble opinion. Morning all Ed’s and fellow gunners hope alls well. reflecting on yesterday’s game. thought we looked a little leggy, some of of our passing and movement was not quite on point as it usually is. probably had something to do with the two huge games we played leading up to this one. spurs away 4-1 and Bayern home 3-1.massive effort both physically and mentally. bound to be a slight drop off at some point. Chelsea had a plan to press hard and fast from the start as too not let us settle which in all fairness they did quite well, thought Anthony Taylor ??it’s all about you ?? was poor.
I know it’s nearly Christmas but slow down dishing out cards geez. which I thought affected both us and Chelsea, it’s a London derby you can let some tackles go in without so many yellows. give a few warnings before flashing cards. when we pulled level at 1-1 I wasn’t too sure we’d get a second, but was very confident they wouldn’t either. so we take a draw, move on to the next one, at home to Brentford which will be tricky if we’re not on our game. Brentford are relentless they press hard and fast. so we need to be on it and at it from the start… one game at a time… COYG/VTH ?⚪️❤️.

Great game… great result. thought the first half was fairly even… second half…WOW… made the mighty Bayern look very average. score line could have been a few more. on to the next one… one game at a time… by the way I mentioned on here a good few weeks ago that once we have a fully fit squad at our disposal, we will be dishing out a few hidings.

That was a very, very good performance all over the pitch. VICTORY THROUGH HARMONY…there’s levels then there’s EZE ??? if I had one little thing to slightly moan about it would be raya getting done again from distance. should not be happening to a top class keeper, if he had been on the 6yard line that goal doesn’t go in.
but I love him just as much as all our other players. (so all is forgiven already) .4-1 we march on. one game at a time. ONE TEAM THE ARSENAL/ONE ❤️.

In my opinion Raya couldn't have done anything about it. He is asked to be active in possession and that suits him. When we lose the ball he immediately sprints back, but it's too good a lob. Zubimendi at fault for losing the ball.

Hi iceman hope alls good. yes zubimendi was at fault partially. but he was robbed on the halfway line… a keepers number one job is to stop the ball going in the net. all I was saying was if he was 3yards further back he would have been on the 6yard line and as professional football is about small margins that small margin of 3yards cost us conceding a goal as you saw raya was very close to getting to it.3yards further back and he’s 100% tipping it over the bar and out for the corner.
but hey mate I love the guy and honestly wouldn’t swap him for any other keeper. he’s top class and suits our style of play. I was just saying that no top class keeper should be getting lobbed from that distance. no harm done 4-1 win against the spuds and fantastic performance all round. what with Liverpool and city dropping points yesterday I think it’s been a decent weekend for all us gooners. one game at a time…?⚪️❤️ enjoy what’s left of the weekend iceman ✌?&??.
