Morning all Ed's and fellow gunners, hope everyone is taking care of themselves and love ones and enjoying the summer and the World Cup. just wanted to say I read a report yesterday that a certain mr Declan Rice and the Arsenal are at the very advanced stages of his negotiations on a new deal to extend with us and how both parties are keen to get it done and dusted as soon as he returns from World Cup duty and then announce it.

Deckers has character - look at the s*** he takes about his other half! Almost as much as Mrs Sussex takes about me! I like the cut of his jib, as they say. As an aside, Alvarez? Is he all that? Checked, he scored 8 goals in 29 games, but 5 were in 2 games.

I haven't seen much of him since he left the PL Sussex, but there seems a lot of excitement around him.
And Rice is such a role model. Such a gent, the way he came out fighting his wife's corner.

Hope that's true, as he's the man, and hope Arteta plays him more in his natural role, with the perfect partner to get us forward quicker.. Make him captain, and get that contract signed.
Get the young Bournemouth player signed and the Villa guy.
