Would Rashford be a good value quality LW with a goal threat and EPL experience. Not my first choice but could help our money go further elsewhere.

Rashford wouldn't be a bad addition on a season's loan, with the option to buy, in my opinion. He would offer options on the left wing and down the middle, which are needed. I don't know the stats, but I'm guessing his goals-per-game record would be better than Jesus's, and while Jesus had consistently good service with top-of-the-table sides, City and Arsenal, Rashford had to make do with whatever he could get at United during their wilderness years.
