Not directly Arsenal but could impact all clubs, just seen reports the City verdict is expected mid November.
{Ed025's Note - dont let it bother you Sally, it will more than likely be a slap on the wrists for them and a meaningless fine mate, the brown envelopes will have been distributed to the decision makers and they will be warned about their future conduct..

That makes me deeply sad ed025 ?.
{Ed025's Note - do you really expect something different Sally?, i hate to sound so cynical mate but im afraid this is the sporting world these days, its corrupt..

Let's wait and see what actually happens before reaching any conclusions. While I understand the cynicalism we have to wait for the actual outcome before we can make any fair judgement on the outcome.
{Ed025's Note - trust me G62..im a doctor.. :)

Sadly, I think Ed025 is right. Can't see City receiving anything more than a fine and maybe a warning. Would be nice to see them docked points and be stripped of their titles but don't see that happening at all.

Presumably they will have the opportunity to throw more money at lawyers disputing any punishment before its final?

I'm pretty sure Everton and Forest will be watching the FA very closely, as will evey club and evey media outlet in the country.
Will the powers that be within the FA be more interested in saving City's title chances for this one season or their own skins? I can't see Everton, Forest, other clubs or the media letting anything but a points deduction go without calling for an enquiry and for head's to roll
Not long now before we will all get to find out.

10 point deduction for Everton
But on a serious note, surely if they get away with a slap on the wrist you and Forest will have cause for grievance having been harshly punished for much less?
{Ed025's Note - that first bit would not surprise me Eden, whatever sentence they get as sure as eggs is eggs it will be appealed mate and it will drag on for another number of years..

Probably the best way out of it for the FA and City, is for the FA to deduct City 114 point deduction guaranteeing their relegation pending an appeal. City launch their appeal which will heard in 2028 when 2028 arrives the FA unhold their decision at which point City take the case to the high court with the case set for 2035.
By the time 2035 gets here everyone will have reached the Brexit point where no one actually gives a sheep's passport what the outcome is because everyone is totally fed up with hearing about it allowing the high court give the City tea lady 20 minutes community service at which point she makes everyone a nice cuppa and its job done. ✔️.
