Evening all just wanted to say. well pleased Brentford beat Liverpool. well deserved the much better team. popped into see my 87year old father today who happens to be a lifelong Brentford fan. and he called it. he's exact words were the super bee's will sting the scousers. (legend) . watching the game and in the 91st minute Virgil van dick produced a nasty elbow to the back of the head on the Brentford forward in the area.
no penalty given ( absolutely shocking how vvd constantly gets away with such naughtiness on a regular basis) and is always in the referees ear hole trying to influence games. he loves dishing it out but acts like a massive baby when the boot is on the other foot. anyway well done Brentford ???? and COME ON YOU GUNNERS for Sunday let's do our best to really turn the screw. ?⚪️❤️.

According to Mark Lawreson, Bob Paisley used to tell his Liverpool players " loose 4 no more " if you want to win the league.
Its a long way between now and May for Liverpool if Bob was right in his philosophy.

Yeah, it's not looking good for us at the moment and we may have already lost the league. Having 4 losses at this stage of the competition doesn't bode well, especially since it is 4 losses. On the trot. I won't be throwing in the towel just yet but Slot needs to find a solution and find it fast.
Fans are calling for his head already and frankly, I can understand that sentiment since he looks clueless this season. Sad for me to say but the league is most likely going to be between you lot and City.

Dracred, usually I'd have some empathy, because we've been there as a fan base. However, I'm finding it hard to do so. With the exception of you, another Liverpool fan named Bill, I think, and Ed001, the rest of your mob are quite distasteful.

When confidence and self belief are running high throughout an entire club everything just seems to go that clubs way, but once that bubble is burst by a couple of consecutive defeats that confidence and self beliefs seems drain away faster than water from a kitchen sink.
Slot did brilliantly in his first season but defending a title is always harder then winning a title first time round plus last season it was pretty much Klopps team with a new voice in the changing room but that honeymoon period is definitely been and gone for Arnie now.

Can't blame you for that Sharpie. But I'd like to think that it's just a loud minority who are distasteful. Most have no problems with Arsenal.
I have been on here saying that Arteta is holding back Arsenal, but at the very least he has created a very positive environment around the club, getting everyone pulling in the same direction and he is getting the results now because of that. I still feel that the football he had you all playing on the first few seasons with you were better than what he tried to do last season. But this season has been a good mix so far and I can see you getting better as your players adjust to finally having a proper St at the top. I truly think the league is yours to win now especially after our team has imploded.
