Chance of Xhaka returning this weekend, Dick is rather fortunate that on paper at least the fixtures look kind - the funny thing is Spuds could be above us on Saturday before we even kick a ball.
{Ed047's Note - just shows how gormless Emery is if he brings Xhaka back rather than just take a perfect opportunity to get rid.
Xhaka will never help us achieve anything.

I don't think Xhaka is as hopeless as he is made out to be, but I agree it's the perfect opportunity to move him on as we clearly have better players in his position.
Being an Arsenal fan is very strange these days.

I would like to see Xhaka paired with Torreira in front of the back four.

As much as I think it's a perfect opportunity for us to get rid, when you watch back the highlights of the Leicester game you can see where Xhaka would of brought something different to the team, even with his lack of quality. There was barely a diagonal ball or long pass attempted so the ball just kept going from side to side, left to right! If he wasn't so shocking defensively and cut out the silly mistakes I don't actually think he would be that bad! The fans should back every player on the pitch I agree with that but I don't think he should play for Arsenal again. However, if he does then I hope he finally proves his worth.

Emery claims it will be an opportunity for Xhaka to show people how good he is and make people rate him, Why is this weekend going to be different to the last 3 and half years?
If Xhaka was to prove Emerys words right whatever has he been up to all these years? And why wait till this weekend to show his true worth and abilty?
The truth is he simply can't do it at premier league level as much as I'm absolutely sure he would love to be able to.
It is as it's always been, an Emery problem not a Xhaka or fans problem, Emery just will not comptemplate that he is wrong about Xhaka as he won't comptemplate he's wrong about his own methods and tactics, hence nothing can possibly get better under his management.

Most of the players would shine in RG's team as selected as it gives us that extra player on the pitch compared to the rest of the teams in the league.
