Surely if we haven’t won a first half all season then the managers tactics are to blame, go one nil down to the big boys and we have no chance of winning the games, somthing needs to be done, and no this isn’t a panic post we haven’t won a first half all season so it’s no because we have lost two games in a row Iam worried.

I think we are all concerned about that stat Welsh mate, like Arsene I will give Dick time but if it carries on for 5 to 7 years without Emery addressing our obvious weaknesses and we slip into a whole new groundhog day then I will have no choice but to join the Dick out campaign :-)

It could be the tactics welsh, yes, but it could also be the players. There is still a massive wenger presence of players that, while they are still there will not be good enough or able to buy into Dicks philosophy. When all the players are Dicks and he has his stamp fully on the team, that's when full judgement can be made. The improvements he has made so far are obvious. We have gone from being the least hardest working team in the league as far as miles run, to the most. The problems are not going to disappear overnight but he needs a solution some how, to our slow starts. i'm frustated big style but i accept the previous regimes dreggs are not going to go overnight.

Is it simple, not sure about mustaffi, kos, or holding, maitland not ready, xhaka, need i say and Ozil just doesn't fit. 100% front two though. I think i trust Dick a little more. Lol.
