For anyone who didn't know, your youth lads had a good win v Dortmund. It finished 2-0 and Kaylen Hinds scored both goals in the first half.

Thank you Simon.

Hinds is a very decent player, recently scored for England too.

Impressive stats.

Hi guys,
plenty of new strikers moving around the premiership this season. Costa has had a fantastic start at Chelsea for eg. Who do you see as having the most impact over the season. Club bias allowed of course. Feel free to add a reason for your choice.

Hi Simon,

I'm going to go for your choice, Diego Costa.

I think if he keeps firing all season, Chelsea will win the League.

2.) Yaya Sanogo or Christopher wreh, too close to call

3.) Yeah Costa will do well no doubt as will fabregas fro Chelsea.

I think Wellbeck will do alright aswell mind. Will be intersting to see how Falcoa gets on after his major injury. Not convinced that Balotelli will do that much too inconsistent.

Non striker wise, Sandro will do well at QPR I think and Sigurdsson is a good re-sign for Swansea.

All our new boys will do well I think, just a sahame we did not make a real great window with a DM and CB on top

4.) Sanogo for sure, I see he has told Welbeck in has a fight on his hands lol

5.) Not my choice Dags just an example, I'm more of a mind to go for someone like CAM on the utd page said, someone like Ulloa who might score the goals to keep Leicester up. The top strikers are expected to score the goals for the big sides.
I think that's the reason Poyet was mad for Borini because he wanted a player to make a difference down that end of the table. More so winning goals than a couple of goals when a side is cruising.

For me it will be Diego Costa, in him Chelsea have now replaced Drogba as in a real goal scorer.

Early signs are ominous, Mourinho now has his team and Fabregas instead of Mata which has made a huge difference to the way there are going to play.

His arrival may see them jump from 3rd to 1st.

Equally Falcao could see United make the jump back into the top four but there are so many unknowns with them in system, team gelling and confidence returning. Watched Madrid go 2 up last week inside 20mins. 70mins later they'd lost 4-2. So attacking talent isn't everything and defensively City and Chelsea are a step up from the rest of us.

Aguero with an injury free season will be awesome and they are still my favourites to retain their title.

Balotelli at a maximum 14 goals won't make an impact on his own but with Sturridge and Sterling altogether it's similar to us, with Walcott, Sanchez and Welbeck we as teams could do really well but United, Liverpool and City have the real stand out strikers.

Soz that turned into a bit of war and peace! :-)

My thoughts exactly Red Dog

9.) Hull city Martinez I think he could be class

10.) For some uinknown reason, I think Chelseas are going to crash and burn at some point. Or maybe it's just might vile and deep distaste for Chelsea speaking?

Costa will get a serious injury, mark my words!

11.) Rue, what are you up to?

'Mark my words'

Hi Simon,

You are right mate, let's hope it doesn't come back to haunt us, because the only beneficiaries would be Chelsea.

Hope you all good mate.

P.s don't forget Stevie G, he's not retired from club football just yet Bergamp5353 lol, in fact before we let Wisdom, Kelly and Robinson go in the summer we could have played an all english 11

He's rolled his ankle in training for England so hopefully the Arsenal injury curse hasn't started for him already lol

Congrats Dags on your new grand-daughter, delighted for you all. Hopefully she won't have any teething problems like our old pal Luis lmao.
I'm great mate, I had a super summer so wasn't posting much but have been checking in regularly.
Plenty of footy now to look forward to in pre-season and new season just round the corner. Happy enough with transfer business so far (well apart form that tw@t Sanchez wanting to live in London. A little birdy told me he only did it to get a display beside Becks in Madame Tussauds lol), and a couple more look like being tied up this week too. Can't wait for season to start now and getting the banter going again. Hope Jen, Golds, Gunner, Flybo n all the gang are well. The jokes haven't improved but ya got to admire your persistence lol
