The sort of attitude we need from everyone at the club this year - we need to keep players like this and demand it week in week out.
That means not just putting effort in but that extra run forward, the extra run back and being braver with forward passes. Let’s not be proud because of effort any more - let’s be proud of intent, drive, execution and making tough winning decisions like playing the ball forward.
Effort should never be the trait that gets you the jersey but showing you are a winner.
That includes you Brian.
