If he becomes a regular starter and goal scorer in a promotion winning Leeds team it will have been an excellent loan move for him.
Leeds are a huge club in championship terms and I think it's a lot better place for him to gain experience and prove himself than in a struggling premier league team where he would get few goal scoring opportunities or a chance to gain winning mentality.
