Delph to Everton for an initial 8.5 million raising to a maximum of 10 million, very good business at an extremely reasonable price in my opinion.
He may not be everyone's ideal signing but he's an England international good enough to be part of City's squad and at 8 to 10 million an early candidate for one of the bargain buys of the season possibly.

Should be a decent signing for Everton, a team that finished 8th last season. As he approaches 30 years of age, I doubt very much that he is a regular top 4 player and certainly not a player I would have wanted at Arsenal.

I was shocked at the price he wemt for ARG, at 8.5 million he's a bargain and we need bargain reinforcements.
Better than Elneny and Xhaka and England international which Maitland Miles isn't yet.
Is he someone i'd have on my dream list? Definitely not, but he is certainly an improvement on some we have at a price we could afford.
Torreira Guendouzi Maitland Niles and Delph is a more attractive proposition to me than Torreira Guendouzi Maitland Niles plus Xhaka and Elneny.

Price wise he is i£8.5m rising to £10m with add ons, plus I’m certain he will be on high wages. The deal is for 3 years and at the end he will be 33 and have little value. I disagree that he is better than Xhaka. I would not like to sign him and would rather give youngsters more game time, such as Willock, Maitland-Niles, etc than sign him. Elneny, I agree has to go, he is simply not good enough. Hopefully we will tie up the deals for Tierney and Everton Soares, both players a in their early 20’s and far better signings than stop gap solutions in their 30’s.

It's all opinions ARG mate but I don't think Xhaka would get in the Spurs West ham or Wolves squad where as Delph did and played 22 games in thier 100 point season. Delph v Xhaka? It's a no brainer for me personally and I wouldn't have thought there is much difference in wages between the two either because if Mustafi cost 34 million and is on 90k a week so much Xhaka be.
