Is he telling us that we have to start winning or is he telling Chelsea he is joining them?

He's obviously telling Chelsea to come and get him, he also said he wants his contract to end.
And if any of you disagree with what he's saying you should get jobs working with Wenger and Kronke as Sanchez is completely in the right here, this club has no aspirations other than top 4 and hasn't for a long time.

I don't blame Sanchez at all for wanting out as we've given him no reason to want to stay and he's not going to listen to us telling him how things will improve next season either.
Letting go of those who want out and those who just aren't up to the job of challenging for titles is the only way forward for us, ok we won't be left with many players but we can at least start to move forward.
Sanchez Ozil want to go and the cosy club has to go if we accept both of these facts we can start again but if we try and hang onto players who don't want to be here or shouldn't be here we will continue to decline.

Sanchez is one of the few in the team who wants to and can actually win us something, most of the others are not that fussed.
