If you are happy to just plod along, do enough to keep the board happy and achieve "mimimal" expectations, than fine.
Not good enough for a team of Arsenal's calibre, who haven't even won their own league for 13 seasons.

I think that is an accurate description of him and you don't win titles without a challenge and we are not challenging. Even spuds, Leicester and liverpool have put a challenge in in the last few years, we are not even close. My opinion is he is ruining his legacy. We will see if i'm close in my prediction.

My point is Steve that your acting like he's not trying and can no longer do it, he obviously gives his all like maybe it is time for him to move on but that doesn't guarantee us success in the way you bang on about it there is a lot more wrong with Arsenal then simply changing the manager arsene is a lot more good then he is bad.

Im of the opinion he's dragging us down. We have been treading water for a decade and now the game is about money and being ahead of the game he is found wanting badly. I don't like that he is reactive, to go forward you need to be pro active. He has no new ideas.

I disagree Dolally lots of teams have been as consistent as us.
Everton Leeds Newcastle to name but a few, they've consistently stayed out of the title race for over a decade too.
