Head injury wasn’t it.

Ever since he arrived Banbury you have wanted him gone due to injury record. I have always argued he is well worth keeping particularly as we now have Zinchenko and Tomi not Tavares as cover. But unless you know more than I`ve read it was a concussion injury and not a further sign of an injury prone player. I think he has worked hard to get fit just feel very harsh to get rid because of a head injury. I hope that cat of yours doesn`t p*ss on the carpet - otherwise they`re gone COYG.

Now we are recruiting good players and have cover for most positions, injuries shouldn't be so much of a problem I hope.
I really hope we keep Tierney, I just love his work ethic and speed down the wing.

I personally think there is more value in keeping Tierney than selling him, yes we may have to manage him differently as regardless of this latest injury he obviously does have a long record of injuries.

The difference between Tierney and past players with reoccurring injuries is that he does tend to be available for 20ish games a season and rather than 3 or 4 and when he is available he turns up in virtually every game he plays. Unquestionably we need an alternative option but equally we shouldn't lose what he offers because he can't give it 38 games a season.

Unpopular as I know my view will be, because I love his commitment, energy, attitude and general demeanour, I’d let KT go because as exhilarating as he can be going forward, I think he is no more than a reasonable actual defender.
He is regularly caught out of position and seems, in my view, to have forgotten what the very basic duties of a left back in a back four are: that is, defending.
I love KT in many, many ways - see above - but despite being a completely different type of player, offering even greater flexibility and dynamism, I think Zinchenko has already shown KT his deficiencies in spades.
If Real Madrid or somesuch, as I seem to recall reading in the summer want to give us £30m I’d take it and either promote from our U23’s or buy and understudy - Harry Toffolo for example.

Soz to those I might offend, but it’s just a view, and I acknowledge, not an especially vital topic in the days of Crazy Kwarteng, Liz Misstrusst and Jacob.

3 - 0 Saturday, by the way. Stand on me.

Crazy days indeed Max. How long before one or both resign?

Listen Sussex there is no doubting his ability but he is injury prone and will spend more weeks on the table than he ever will on the bench - maybe being a fringe player might help who knows . It might favour him being a bit part player.
