It still hurts losing the CL final on penalties but watching PSG play, I think they have been worthy winners over the last two years!
Hopefully we can achieve something similar in the next few years.

Hopefully this season Highbury mate.
I genuinely believe our team/squad/manager are far better than they are given credit for, they must be or they simply wouldn't be Premier League champions and Champions league runners up.

Let's hope so G62, we are the champions and in the best position we have been for years, we aren't far off so, fingers crossed!

I wish our PL teams were able to reschedule their domestic games to give teams in the CL a bit more rest, as apparently they do in the French league. that must be an advantage surely? Unless I was told a porky lol.

I hear you Sally, but it is beyond that with the PSG team, their work rate in tracking back and winning the ball back, their one touch swift movements, everybody knows exactly where others are and flowing transitions are a joy to watch. We had a glimpse of all this few seasons a go but then we regressed back.
