My suggestion for dealing with the City charges: all other 19 clubs band together and state they will not field a team against City. The games are automatically a 3-0 win for City, causing embarrassment for the league as City look on course to win the title unbeaten. The league is forced to intervene.
My preferred solution is to either disband the club, or force the owners to sell to the fans and relegate them to the conference. The owners are unapologetically defiant, this cannot be solved diplomatically.

That sounds too extreme, Wire. Too much money involved for everyone to take such a drastic step.
There will be harsh punishment for City, whenever that happens but as you said if they are disbanded, we must get Doku (Haaland will go to Spain)

I reckon if they get off or get handed a fine a lot of clubs would feel like going on strike Wire!

I think whatever the punishment is to be, it will be announced pretty soon because all the uncertainty is undermining the entire Premier League season with no ones really knowing if their efforts against City will mean anything at all by the time the season ends.
The entire saga needs putting to bed and moving on from for the good of the game.
