Arsenal are set to appoint Richard Garlick as director of football (I believe that's the role) would love to know Ed002s opinion on this move. Have read a few times about what a mess things are. Is this helping or just adding to the issues.
{Ed002's Note - It makes no difference to the issues Arsenal have. He will be the Huss Fahmy (who was Director of Football Operations and certainly not Director of Football) replacement and deal with contracts, youth compliance etc..)
