I see a lot of people claiming xhaka is better than Neves. Ed001 have u done a player profile on neves? If not would you mind giving a brief summary about him please mate? Thank you if you can.
{Ed001's Note - there is a profile on him: Ruben Neves profile. But it dates from 2018, so very out of date, I have added him to the list for an update. One thing I have to say is he looked very sluggish last season, but then so did most of the Wolves team.}

Im not sure what 3rd choice options means but last season we got our 1st choice options in Partey and Gabriel and everyone was bouncing with happiness, until the season started and played out that is.
Equally last summer few people were mentioning ERS Martinelli Saka as regular starters and dare I say it even fewer people were contemplating Hansom Chambers being in our best 11.
If you wish to make your mind up now declare this window as an utterly shambles before its even opened you are extremely entitled to do that and equally if you wish to tell yourself that next season is already a disaster then who am I to tell you differently?
We are united in that neither of us actually knows the future mate but what devides us is that I accept what I don't know and you have convinced yourself that everything is already set in stone and will not change.
Why not wait and see what happens between now and August before casting your verdict mate? Because you never know your luck in a big universe like this 🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒.

All I could say to anyone who thinks Xhaka is a better player than Neves is either they have never watched a game of football or their Labrador is feeding them wrong information.
Ed is right in that Neves has just had a very poor season by his standards but he has already banked more quality in one good month than Xhaka has in his entire Arsenal career.

I agree with you Epping on Xhaka v Neves, Wolves had a poor season last season by thier recent standards, Was Neves poor because Wolves were or were Wolves poor because Neves was poor?
What we do know is what he and Xhaka have been over the last few seasons and on that we make our best guess on who will do betrer in the future.
I thought Cody and Neves were good options 2 summers ago and would have liked us to have gone for them both then.
