Hello Ed's, with Ed002 slyly hinting that allegri would be our manager, can any of the Ed's give a description on him, such as his strengths and his weaknesses, I'm really interested what any ed thinks of him?

{Ed001's Note - he is a bit like a slightly more attacking Mourinho/Conte. Pragmatic, will look to win but prioritises clean sheets first and foremost.}

Agree1 Disagree0

Thanks Ed, do you rate him and do you think he will be a good fit for arsenal?

{Ed001's Note - I think he would be a good fit for the current Arsenal, as he would fix the defensive issues.}

It’s more of a defensive crisis! You could argue that the gk back four and dmf need sorting, hopefully he brings a few with him lol.

Are you able to back up that hint ed001? . Hope I'm not pushing it!

{Ed001's Note - me? No mate, I don't know what is going on at the moment with regards to Allegri. I know he is considering his future, but I do not know of any connection to other clubs in that, just him wondering if there is anything more he can do with Juve.}

Thanks ed, good luck in the CL final, to be honest I hope you don’t win, but I’m just being nice😂.

{Ed001's Note - I never thought I would ever say this, but I might actually prefer the old dags....:-P

😂😂😂only joking ed.

{Ed001's Note - so was I, I would never mean that!}

Thanks for the answer ed001, I really appreciate it!

{Ed001's Note - very welcome fidelio, sorry I couldn't be more help.}

Just read ( if true ) Allgeri wants to be at a club where he has a realistic chance of winning.
His options seem to be Arsenal Chelsea or staying at Juventius.
Arsenal would certainly be a more long term project of the 3 options but also the one where he would get most time.
Chelsea have a good base to build on and will no doubt be prepared to spend heavily but it's a two seasons job if you're lucky win or lose.
Juventius is the safe option but the one where he potentially has everything to lose and little room to improve and if he stays there to long he inevitably will be sacked at some point because apart from Fergie it seems all mangers have a time span of success that is impossible to maintain very long term at one club.
