While I think wengers time is past, I also am wondering whether maureens is as well. He won the league two seasons ago but obviously he failed the next and this, badly. Yes he's won a carling mug and they might sneak in to the champs league through the loo door. But man u this year have been bang average in the league. He is of course young enough to reinvent himself but I just wonder if like wenger he's too far up his own exhaust pipe to change.

I think next we season will be the true test for both Pep and Jose as the City and Utd they put out will definitely be their sides 100%, although for Mourinho 2 cups is his first season? Hardly a dreadful return is it Steve :-)
Klopp will get more time at Liverpool to deliver simply because he doesn't have the resources of Utd and City and took over a poker squad in the first place.
Next season will be huge for Gardiola and Mourinho and the season after will be the same for Klopp, as for Arsene? If hasn't retain the 4th place trophy by the time the 22 world cup gets here he might not get another contact with making itsy bitsy compromises, if it's ok with him of course :-)

I'm all in favour of a change.
New ideas, new "formation", new style of play, ala Conti at Chelsea.
Would love Allegri, but Wenger will still be at the helm next season.

Bloody hell steve are you trying to win back friends by slamming mourinho? It's too early to pass judgement on him yet. He's a pr*ck but let's be straight steve. United get CL through the loo door as you put it and then they flex their huge muscles again and challenge for the prem? As shit as they have been they went 20 odd games unbeaten. i wouldn't be calling that just yet mate.

I don't think jose is what he used to be. Him at inter was the best imo what he did with them was amazing.
Next year could bring him back or break him. Hel spend big i'm sure. But it seems mendes has a lot of influence in him.

If he wins the two trophies ( the reserve league cup and the eurovision ) that is not what man u are looking for. Granted you have to start somewhere. I just think he maybe stubborn like wenger to change his limited style to improve their league position. i'm probably wrong but a more expensive system and ideas are the way forward and he has two years now finished outside top four with huge clubs. Not really what I would have expected from him. Like I say he may change but i'm not sure he will.
