He's older, he's in a more demanding league. Those are just a couple reasons off the top of my head.

Hmmmm not too sure Sharpey, he’s only 30, he’s made 84 appearance and missed 45 games. That’s not an age thing and he’s a seasoned international.

Just seems odd to me.

You have to question our sheer lack of cover in CM now - we needed a decent CM as Partey cover and ignored it. Don’t worry - Kai can play that role… ?

Needed a RB and LB cover -?

Arteta has way too often left us with inappropriate cover for positions and doesn’t seem to learn. It’s bloody frustrating.

Could see it as a blessing as disguise i suppose as it at least stops Arteta using him as RB. Its frustrating now leaves us sort in CM midfield options can't afford any more long term injuries that's for sure. Tommy and White are good enough for RB positions but LB a bit lacking for me let's hope Zinko don't get a injury although i guess Tommy can cover both sides if needs must but leaves us thread bear tbh. Are there any half decent free agents around anyone know off.

Come in guys seems like some us are all ready grinding the axe even before kick off. United have been worse than us so far. I’m hoping we have enough in us to get a very good result. Yes Partey injury is a massive blow. Would love to know reasons behind using him as RB but will make a better assessment further down the. It’s no good just “Trusting the process” when things are looking rosey. Let’s get behind the team and manager. Let us be the 12 player. United always seem to turn it on when playing is. We had a similar situation to this when we started our decline towards the end of Wengers tenure and we considered winning or even a close combat with United as the pinnacle stage of our campaign. Hoping United are there now and things will only get worse. Let’s get behind the team including Kai. Remember what happened with Pepe as soon as he joined media pushed the narrative of instance success and the pressure was too big remember how the media helped push ozil out of the team let us not get carried away with media hype and really “trust the process” and realise there maybe things behind the scene that we are not privy to hence the selection. Come on u gunners let’s get behind the team.
