Sharpie in charge of discipline? Help! Are we buying Eze potentially as A) a left winger ( not his best position) and cover for Ode or B) as a starter ahead of Ode and Martinelli? If the answer is A he`s off t0 Spuds who need a number 10, if B) is he better than Ode? Not for me.
If his stats aren`t so great because he has to play right wing at Madrid would selling Tross and Martinelli and buying Rodrygo be the option leaving Rodrygo and Madueke as LW options?

I'd be the first person to question the decision of putting me in charge of discipline. It wouldn't be pretty.

Madueke plays on the right, doesn't he?

Even if he was better than Ode, I don't think the club are at that stage yet where they would bring in someone to replace him. I sincerely hope he shows his skills from the season before last.

Ode has been sharp in pre season and how good would it be if he and Martinelli returned to for performance and goals wise. It’s in there!
Maybe Madueke is a Saka cover but I’m sure I’ve seen him on left for us and England! I guess sell Tross and bring in Eze or top LW! COYG.

Just have a feeling that Havertz will be the cover for Ode as that is his natural position. And, if we miss out on Eze, that would at least let Nwanieri get more game time, as I think he's got bags of talent. Plus, dowman will get handful of games, mostly in cups. Just my opinion, but, I'd prefer to not stunt this young talent we've got. They've both shown they can perform against top sides, its just a question of not over playing them. So potentially, we've got 3 other players that can cover ode

I’d happily have the club replace Kai and Ode. With a proper game changer. However, we have more pressing need LW and I’d say a back up striker before I’d replace Ode as he’s been pretty good with the exception of last year when he was pretty terrible. He’s not a game changer but not a pro pity to change. Get a proper LW star and trim the squad. Happy with Nwanieri as Ode back up and hope the boss is ruthless there.
