I was unsure of Raya, and thought he wasn't an upgrade over Ramsdale. In fact, I thought Ramsdale might force his way back into the team. Needless to say, Arteta was right. Raya is possibly the best Arsenal keeper I can remember.
He commands his area brilliantly, and has the reactions of a cat. Whatever happens between now and the end of the season, he will deserve our Player of the Season award.

He still has an error in him every now and then, but his overall performance covers for that, and so far such errors haven't proved costly.
