Just wondering if any of the Eds can throw any light on how Chelsea are able to spend money like they have while under UEFA financial restrictions (i believe that is correct) apologies if I am wrong

{Ed001's Note - the SCR means they can spend a percentage of all their income on transfers, salaries and agent fees. They will increase the amount via sales of fringe players. They have a huge amount of players to offload.}

{Ed001's Note - it no longer takes into account the last 3 years, just the current one, so that frees them up a lot as their previous losses are irrelevant now.}
