I thought before the season started Fredie might well be caretaker manager around January February time, I've no idea if I will be right but nothing I've seen so far makes me think it less likely.
Just don't see the fans accepting no improvement with our defence past November without making their feelings clear, last season was horrible to watch and I don't think Emery has another honeymoon season in him.
{Ed047's Note - clearly no one currently employed at the club, including Freddie, seems to have a clue how to organise a defence so appointing Freddie as caretaker manager would be pretty pointless.
The club needs to find a replacement prior to showing Emery the door.
I appreciate he is waiting for Bellerin, Holding and Tierney to return from injury but sadly the way he sets us up, his misuse of Torreira and his insistence in playing Xhaka and now Luiz just does not bode well.
How hard can it really be to make us a solid defensive unit at the back.

If this situation can't be sorted by the present person, then nobody connected with this club should be entrusted with sorting it. Allegri or Enrique, my choice Allegri is the person. But let's see first what materialises over the next few weeks and months leading to January. I am more optimistic with what went on over the summer, that this club wants to move forwards and i trust Emery will quickly be aware of that from Raul. Its the start of the season and the faults are there early, so there is time for Emery or whoever to correct them. If he persists making the same decisions, he will get the same results. Its up to him as to whether he has a go at outing and changing the things that aren't working at the moment. Expectations are high with the fans and i believe they are with the club.

Totally agree Ed047 mate, no back 4 in the league could cope without help covet and protection from thier centre midfield not Liverpool or City's, Emery just doesn't see or understand that for some strange reason.
People who hope Belerin Holding Tierney will make everything ok are kidding themselves because it's definitely not a player but a managerial problem.

Luis has never been the best CB in the business but he's never looked as mistake prone as he does at Arsenal, if he had the protection all other CBS in the league get maybe there would less mistakes, I genuinely think Van the man would struggle to look good in this Arsenal team under this manager.

It seems crazy 5 games in but Emery for me is unfortunately not the answer.
I’d hoped we’d see a big improvement from last season but if anything we are sliding backwards.

I totally agree that after 5 games it does seem crazy but everything is so clear to see and we are clearly worse than last season and the prayers all Just look as confused as the fans pundits and everyone else.

I don't think we will get top 4 if things don't change and soon stop playing from the back is a must unless holding starts he done that well before he got injured.

No way Jose - don’t want him near our club. I would rather Twitter chose the team, tactics and subs. In fact may be we should opt for that as I’m sure we would make better decisions than Emery did last week.
