This doesn't look good for our Benz push. Not entirely sure who This Jeinny lass is except what it says on her twitter profile:

{Ed001's Note - was there something other than pictures to see there???? Damn was I meant to read something?}

1.) 11 Aug 2015 12:22:23
I just can't see it happening. Benzema is at Real Madrid who have a high chance of La Liga title and no doubt minimum of a semi final in the Champions League. He also has his France spot to hold down and playing at Real Madrid he will get his chance even though people chirp up that Rafa will play Bale or Ronaldo as the out and out striker leaving Benzema out, can't see that if Benzema plays and plays well he`ll keep his spot surely? Now if he decides to sign for Arsenal his situation changes he now has to adapt to the EPL and all the pressure to perform instantly to win over the Gooners and to hold down a France strikers spot for Euros2016. Of the two choices staying at Real looks more comfortably but hey what do I may talk but can anyone see Wenger lumping it on Benzema or another top top striker like Lewandowski, Higuain or Llorente? Arsene pays what he feels the price the player is worth and i'm sorry todays market is still on the rise for quality. Keep the faith Gooners we could still have Lord Bedtner or Sanogo within the squad. COYG

2.) 11 Aug 2015 12:26:06
LOL Ed001 - Okay, I'll admit I spent a bit of the afternoon looking at "pictures" ... but then the wife came home and I was forced to read ....

{Ed001's Note - I never even noticed the writing.}

3.) 11 Aug 2015 12:33:07
Sooo I did not get to the reading part on her Twitter , fantastic photos but...

4.) 11 Aug 2015 14:53:04
I'm in love

5.) 11 Aug 2015 14:34:51
Ed001 ... didn't you JUST get married? tut tut

{Ed001's Note - not yet mate, just got engaged, so it is ok. Well so long as the missus never finds out anyway ;o)

6.) 11 Aug 2015 16:23:12
Ed001, I'm sure Ed002 will tell her. Women tend to stick together when it comes to wandering eyes. Anywho ... never really expected this post to become a Jeinny lovefest. It was honestly posted for the editorial.

Think I'll go have another "read" now ... you know, just in case I missed anything on the first go.

{Ed001's Note - luckily Ed002 is away on holibobs at the moment....}

7.) 11 Aug 2015 17:31:21
They all look like that after 12 pints but a word of warning don't do a sleep over. One way by night and completely and totally unrecognisable way by day.

8.) 11 Aug 2015 23:20:19
i love how twitter works and all these closet ITK;s who come out with their deadline ultimatums and unlimited medicals.

i do use twitter but for the sake of sanity mostly for banter and less for transfer.

but i did see some italian journalist tweet being retweetd.

not a direct quote but something like this.

tweet 1 : benzema to sign on sunday or monday

tweet 2 : benzema in london for medical

tweet 3 : benzema deal agreed ( one week after he was to sign)

tweet 4 : been told that man city and bayern want benzema

tweet 5 : benzema wants arsenal and will have talks with guardiola and wenger

tweet 6 : wenger has spoken to benzema and its up to arsenal to pay

well you get the drift.

what i'm wondering is how does he know soo quickly what wenger and benzema discussed? does wenger tweet secretly?

maybe wengers handle is notarsenewenger? and benzema is notbenzema?

its just a shame to see soo many headless chickens being directed to the slaughter house.

Hats off to the Scots, the Welsh and the Irish for telling Putin where to stick his World Cup!

1.) 22 Mar 2018 10:10:52
I don't think it will be long before England follow their lead mate :-)

2.) 22 Mar 2018 12:57:06
Well it won’t be this Russia World Cup g62😂 maybe the next time Russia host it in 2120.

3.) 22 Mar 2018 13:32:33
Italia 90! What a brilliant world cup that was for England fans.
Ok I know we didn't win it but it was edge of the seat stuff with England holding thier own against both Germany and Holland who were super powers at the time.
Since then the excitement has been getting flatter and flatter with every tournament that passes.

26 Feb 2018 17:34:41
My wife's hoover broke and she's been nagging me to get her a new one. Luckily, I had an Arsenal sticker lying about, so I stuck it on the hoover and now it sucks again!

1.) 26 Feb 2018 18:09:29
I sold my hoover last week.
I wasn't really using it and it was only gathering dust.

2.) 27 Feb 2018 00:02:50
I’m a sucker for a good joke 😂.

23 Feb 2018 08:06:48
So last week I finally perfected my time machine. I set it for 100 years into the future and after a bit of burring and whizzing, off I was. When I got there, I simply couldn't believe it - Flying cars, no illness, no wars or famines. The world was finally at peace.

And oh yeah, the toot still haven't won the league.

1.) 23 Feb 2018 08:29:45
Yes that’s all well and good but has Wenger left? 😁.

2.) 23 Feb 2018 08:42:50
Wenger still at the helm playing matches in the Europa league with Iwobi your main man. 😉.

3.) 23 Feb 2018 09:07:44
That will do for me Sharpie mate.
Well done on perfecting your time machine mate I'm still having trouble with mine, it won't do forwards but I can travel back in time but only by 7 seconds, which means every time I get in set the controls and push the button I find myself back outside the machine just about to go in again.
Same old thing ever time over and over again, bit like that film groundhog day and ? Well I can't think of any other examples off the top of my head but I'm sure there is a really good one :-)

4.) 23 Feb 2018 12:11:57
Stoner, it has got to be troubling times when Captain Numpty has the same thought as you 😂.

5.) 23 Feb 2018 13:40:15
Bless Sharpie, he does try his best at banter, a legend in his own mind in fact.

Weirdly it wasn’t that long ago he was asking ed033 if he was allowed back in the live chat.

No idea why. 🤔😂.

6.) 23 Feb 2018 18:03:31

Numpty is a polite way to describe that individual.

7.) 23 Feb 2018 19:06:24
the three Amigas all together. bless.

8.) 23 Feb 2018 21:55:00
That's right NES, we're all still here. Haven't run away gurning like a big girls blouse.

With your mate gone, you're just half the girl you used to be 😂.

9.) 24 Feb 2018 21:32:46
I don't have any mates on here RS, I don't personally know anyone on here and vise versa for anyone who thinks hey know me.

I've picked up you get a little tetchy though. chill out fella. its a public banter site for all and sundry 😉.

19 Feb 2018 22:08:04
De Vrij

Apparently available on a free at the end of the season. I haven't seen him play but have read he's more than decent.

1.) 19 Feb 2018 22:48:36

2.) 20 Feb 2018 01:15:23
Just watched a few clips of the lad. Has exceptional positional awareness it would seem! Doesn't look a bad CB at all.

3.) 20 Feb 2018 08:04:59
Sounds good Sharpie if his positional sense stretches to covering 4 defensive positions and DM at the same time he could be the answer to our problems at the back mate :-) , don't suppose he's any good in goal too is he? :-)

4.) 20 Feb 2018 13:21:29
What was I thinking!? Of course we need to identify one player who can fill all those roles you mention. Just like we all build houses from a single slab of rock 😀.

5.) 20 Feb 2018 14:39:27
I've got just the man for the Job Sharpie! Kante.
Ok he only does it for one season which just so happens to be his first season at a new club but for that one season the man is everywhere you need him to be at all the right times, oh and he likes to keep everyone happy by delivering a title too.
Job done and I think even Arsene would struggle to stop him making us champions no matter where he played him :-)

6.) 20 Feb 2018 17:06:20
Until I see him in goal, I'm not sold!

7.) 20 Feb 2018 20:26:30
My guess is he'd be the sweeper keeper supreme who chipped in half a dozen goals and dozens of Assists.
" it's Kante who hits a long seeking 60 yard pass straight to feet of Kante who provides an inch perfect cross straight onto the head of Kante who nods in the winner only 15 seconds after making the save of the season from Harry kanes penalty at the other end :-) .

19 Feb 2018 18:16:28
Was watching the FA Cup highlights earlier when I accidentally bumped into my telly and Dele Alli fell over.

1.) 19 Feb 2018 18:30:59
I’m guessing it was the tiniest of bumps too. To be honest him and Harry Cake are as bad as each other.

Mind you that one by Chris Appalling from Utd the other day was a beauty.

2.) 19 Feb 2018 19:11:34
Ali is still learning his trade but if he carries on making progress he could be the next Ashley Young.

3.) 19 Feb 2018 20:12:45
* *
Dele Alli has just landed.

4.) 20 Feb 2018 19:24:28
My friend bought one of his shirts, everytime he hung it in the wardrobe, it threw itself on the floor.

Sano doesn't want pictures. He wants a buxom blonde to be sent round his gaff to hold his hand while she explains it. How difficult can that be to get done Ed?

G62, it's cute that you think Ox will magically become a better player at Liverpool 😀.

I've not got much to say about almost all of your post except the Henry part. I remember when I got my very first REAL job, it was at a bank. I interviewed for this job while I was working at a club. The bank did specify that I couldn't work at the club any longer.

You and I don't know what kind of conflict of interested the club may have been trying to avoid, but it is not unusual for a company to ask you not to work in similar industries or in places that could reflect badly on people's sense of professionalism - like in my case with the bank and club.

At the end of the day, none of us really know what is happening at the club. We pick up sound bites and extrapolate our own scenarios from there. We do all this while levelling accusations at a man that are probably entirely false.

The lot of us will be crying in our cocoa puffs if he does actually become our manager.

On another note, has anyone else had any snow or was it just me?
