So angry - we have gone backwards since last season.

Well, Arteta's hubris in playing Havertz as a striker was the latest in a series of bizarre decisions. I cannot understand why, if Jesus is injured, Nketiah is not the clear and obvious option. Moreover, after missing at least four good chances in the first half, Havertz was left on the pitch until it was too late. To make matters worse, Klopp gave an object lesson today on how to substitute effectively, bringing on the very capable Gravenberch.
If Nketiah is deemed not good enough, which is arguably the case, then we need to engineer the financial situation and buy the kind of striker that slips easily into our style of play. If we don't, I rather think the malaise that has set in will ensure our season is over.

Klopp out thought Arteta and switched his men around, something I’ve been saying he should do with Saka and Martinelli.
Did Arteta take Liverpool too lightly by leaving Martinelli, after all he’s been a starter all season and then puts him on the bench .
I’m not liking where we are headed I’m afraid, last seasons good work has been undone.

I understood Martinelli being left out Banbury mate he's looked shattered lately brilliant though he surely is but all the same swapping him and Saka around would definitely give our opponents something different to think about as would playing a little more direct at times and mixing up the tippy tapping 101 passes before having a shot.
I'd also like to see us go for Kalvin Phillips to partner Rice, he's available this window and they have done well for England in the past.

I think its also his fault we don't have Anelka HG, he would have put some of those chances away yesterday.
I do think it was a massive mistake to play Havertz up front, he had just started to get some momentum in his new position, so it seems strange to change that when Eddie was on the bench if he is not trusted to start the FA cup games then why keep him at the club.
They all just seem shot-shy at the moment, or a lack of composure, you can do all you like on the training pitch, dills, and practice, but when the players are on the pitch in a real game it's up to them.

I thought Havertz played well but like the rest of the forwards didn’t have his shooting boots on. On another day he could’ve had a few goals which shows he’s getting in the right positions.
I’m not confident Eddie would’ve done any better.
I’d be more concerned if we weren’t creating any chances- the goals will come.

Full strength. Arsenal and Arsenal fans need to get out of this habit of “there’s bigger fish to fry”. There’s no pressure on Liverpool, all the pressure is on us to win. If we lose, we are on the cusp of a disaster. We have to win, and that’s how it should be for every arsenal game. 1 win in 6 games. Lads have to get the job done tomorrow, they don’t even have Salah.

Hi Bill mate, they just ran out steam last season but not heart, effort or passion, form comes and goes but attitude and mentality shouldn't change mate.
I don't want to see a return of them clapping the fans after a passionless defeat and then all in the changing room for a selfie fest.
I loved this teams humbleness and honesty last season and both need yo be rediscovering tomorrow morning.
