I have been folowing this site for long now. I decided to be a part and contribute. I really appreciate your works eds. What is ed? editor?
Well, I hail from Nigeria and have watched and supported arsenal since 2008. Am a programmer as well.
For all I know and have seen, arsene wenger is a dictator of his philosophy and as well a fair employer to his players.
Let's be honest, much resources has been wasted under his management. He is very stingy and will never reward his players for personal success, giving room for complacency among the players. He has said time and again that he favors team play rather than player glory and dislikes ballon d'or award. The implication is that his team will never have a leader, a star man. He favors average combination.
In fact, arsene wenger will go on to substitute a player who has scored a brace, and who is looking forward to cap it hat trick. It is baffling. It sends a message guys.
Arsene wenger plays it fair and will leave underperforming players happy. Arsene wenger won't want to keep a player above 31 so as to make profit but won't hesitate to take free players at that age that demands low wage. (business guys) . This sends message as well to the players.
All of us here should never blame the likes of cesc, nasri, vp, song. Arsene wenger is very fair to injury players. Nice!
When Steve Bould came, it coincided with the purchase of podolski, giroud. The first three epl games (2 draw, 2-0 win vs Liverpool) saw arsenal become a stable and combative team. The players were attributing it to d training sessions seen out by bould. Then came a rift btwn him and arsene. (Dictatorship) he silenced bould. He keeps muttering words in d bench to bould. Lol.
Tactically, arsene wenger is not sound. He is shambolic. It's a culture to always make changes from 70 mins up. He is not the talking type but the philosophical man who believes there is a reason for every cause even when Ramsey continuously misses his first touches. (He has a philosophical explanation for all match result as well as physiological and mental explanations.
Every now and then he is talking about how he "nearly" signed that / the other player. Wow! He is even responsible for signing players.
