Afternoon all Ed's and fellow gunners, hope alls well. a question for anyone who interested. what is going on with gyokeres.? . so many different things being posted by the press/ internet. it's happening, it's stalled. he's paid £2million himself to help get deal done, arsenal are faffing around over £5mill. Arsenal reps have returned to England negotiations at a stand still, arsenal willing to walk away and move on. also that we are going for madueke from Chelsea. WHY OH WHY we definitely don't need the lad from Chelsea. we've got Ethan who covered for saka last season and did extremely well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on gyokeres but if we some how manage to mess that up. I'd go for Watkins decent striker massive arsenal fan growing up. (would play his socks of for us) premier league ready and with the amount of chances we create. think he would do well and could smash in 20/ 25 goals maybe a few more. just my opinion though. ?⚪️❤️.

Just chill, mate. He’s coming. Bookies have removed him from next club betting and add on to that what Romano has said on the matter, makes it highly likely he’ll be joining. I read earlier that his medical is due to take place on Friday.
Please, I do not want Watkins. Just don’t think he’s good enough in my opinion.
Madeuke would be third on my list behind Rodrygo and Eze respectively, but we’ll wait to see what happens on those.
Just my opinion, but exciting times ahead that’s for sure!

hello Gabi mate, hope you and the family are good.
As in respect to Gyokeres who i have to say i am not entirely sold on, it appears that the valution is about the same on the selling and buying side (£68/ 69 million} if the reports are right, its the upfront fee and the structure of repayments.
Madueke i absolutely agree??% on this Gabi, i just don't get this at all.
As for Olly Watkins his 29 will cost a few quid but he knows where the goal is and like you already said Gabi he is a Gooner. Sesko did not impress at the euros last year. He strikes me as big bloke on the subs bench who would come on and put himself about a bit, but 85 million is a lot of money just to do that when Giroud on a free could do the same job.
Zuba, Kepa and Norgaard great signings. But the striker Gabi mate?‍♂️?‍♂️

Chelsea must love us - we buy all their rejects / has-been. Can’t think of one that has been good value or a good buy. Is someone on a kickback

I’m not 100% sold on Gyokeres but at least he knows where the goal is.

Watkins as back up and Victor Osimhen as main man

Could be a disappointing window if we end up getting Madueke rather than Rod and don’t get Eze. Our attack needs an overhaul not a tinker. Why are we shopping at Tesco rather than M and S. Come on Boss man up.

Tired of hearing we keep on bidding way under price or exit clause. We don’t sell well and we don’t seem to buy well.

If we had a trophy it would probably be easier… ?.

Evening Jim and bill, alls good my friends. hope alls well for both of you and families… Jim I will definitely take your advice and chill. and bill i'm with you on sesko because he was linked with arsenal for a while. I kept an eye on him especially at the euros and came to exactly the same conclusion as you… and regarding the business the Arsenal have done so far. kepa, zubimendi, norgaard i'm happy with. if we could get eze and gyokeres that would be an awesome transfer window. don’t really think we need madueke at all as we have Ethan give that young man a ten year contract he is one of the most exciting talents I’ve seen come through our academy. he’s one of our own. ?⚪️❤️.

Talking about taking Chelsea players, I said at the start of last season that I would love for us to buy J Pedro from Brighton.

I really rate him as a striker - young, fast, powerful, but with an attitude that top strikers need, I think.

Maybe we will get him next season. haha.
