Hi Gunners : peter the Celtic Fan here again: so your thoughts on KT after last nights display: as I have posted on Twitter: it’s the best £25m your club will ever spend.
having seen the highlights it looks like there’s a real connection on the left side and the young (£6m ) player looks great.
KT is a real team player, can’t wait to see him vs some big club games 👍👍.

Happy so far peter, looks the real deal if he can step up to prem level. Not tested yet but i like what i see.

You can only go on the level we've seen him play at and so far he's excelled in his EL LC games as he did in the SPL which can only be a good thing, the English premier league is what we bought him for and it's very encouraging to think what he might add if he can do it at that level, not easy transition as Pepe and others will testify Although Kante Vardy and Mahrez might all argue differently again.
We definitely need him to be a huge success with us that's for sure.

Fabulous player, who I have no doubts will be a huge success at the club. He is precisely the type of full back we need. He can defend, he can attack, he can pass and he can cross.
I hope the other full backs at the club look and learn.

62, you are right in that the acid test is EPL not EL at home against a poor side. However, the bouy looked class and played some great passes, showed nice pace plus some awesome crosses. 🤞 he continues as he’s started. Looks a steal at 25m but probably a bit early to give him Cole’s crown but he’s already better than that Left back we bought from Ukraine ( can’t remember his name but he was called the Horse but fell on his arse because we were tighter on what you can eat ) . Exciting to think we potentially have him and Bellerin .

Agree SY mate both Hector and Tierney have the potential to improve us, I've always rated Belerin and struggle to see why he's been berated so often in the past by many Arsenal fans, it would be crazy to proclaim Tierney a success at Arsenal on the grounds of a couple of Europa league games and a league cup game against Nottingham Forest reserves but he's passed all 3 mock tests with flying colours so there is real reason to be very optimistic he might well pass the genuine tests yet to come.

One look at Tierney was enough to realise that he is a very talented player. My sole reservation is his injury record.
As for Bellerin, he arrived from Barcelona as a winger and his defensive side of the game still lacks. His tackling is poor and his defensive awareness is also of concernI I . Offensively he is better, but his final delivery is inconsistent. I have the same reservations in respect of Maitland-Niles.
I would like to us sign a RB that can defend. At present the most impressive PL full backs are the Liverpool pairing and at their best, although I hate to admit it, the Toot pair of Kyle Walker and Danny Rose were decent when Walker was at the club. I also liked Trippier and were shocked he was sold last summer.

And you rate both Luiz as a CB in a back 4 as well as Granit. You’ve articulated and pinpointed your concerns very well. So what about 🤡 and Granit plus Emery’dps failure to dramatically reduce shot against us. thank 911.

Hi Gunners : Celtic Fan here - in peace:
As I watched KT return to some sort of full fitness, I was saddened that he was not in his Green and White strip.
If you don’t already know, this is a very very special player : He really is better than Robertson at Liverpool: and in my eyes could be you Captain for years to come:
#abornleader :

Good luck for the season.

I was thrilled when we signed Tierney. Finally a left back of quality to follow the likes of Samson and Cole. It will be interesting to see how our defence performs with Tierney, Bellerin and Holding back. If Mavropanos improves as he gains experience and matured, we will have a. fine young defence. Perhaps we could play Luiz alongside Guendouzi or Torreira ahead of the defence.

I hope you are right peter, i really do.

The balls he was putting in last nite giroud would score 49 goals.

Holding leading the side and throw in a Saliba and we seem to have solved our problem of playing out from the back but also being steady, arrogantly entertaining as one of the commentators called us today. I really for one thing the process has to be trusted and backing the Team is very important, the head coach Should be treated like a player who's a part of the team because he's going to make mistakes too. When Wenger came in he absolutely smashed it but if we are being honest Emery came in at trying times, one season is barely a long time to access.

But rightly so, his contract is going to end at the end of this season, I would liked him to be under that sort of pressure now, the money has been put and he's got what he needs- Pepe will come of age, ceballos is good and tienrey looks like a steal. Let's create the kind of atmosphere emirates is capable of. These are very risky, frustrating but engaging times for arsenal, the club is undergoing a change in personality.
Lots of room for error but he needs to get this team to UCL period. The other teams are as bad as the Indian football team hell they can beat them too. This season has to be the last I'm seeing us play against FC Narnia, I don't want to see us play in the final of the new the European league conference against man utd or spurs LOL. Sorry for the long post boys but hang in there give the man some confidence. Looking forward for the.

Cheers Peter. With the quality we see coming out of Celtic these days I'm hoping it's a good sign for them and their European aspirations. Miss seeing Celtic giving Barcelona a bruising in the CL.

On this season's evidence though you might be seeing them in the Europa!
