I’m old and it’s been my observation that the people who concern themselves with “class” either haven’t got any or are jealous of those who have.
More relevant to the question you ask. My post was in response to SY4’s post “you can’t buy class. ” My answer was “class isn’t permanent” and that was to indicate that money is permanent.

I have NEVER mentioned Chelsea in my post.
I will leave that for others to decide what constitutes class. I’m certainly not qualified too.

Without doubt you can generally “buy trophies” and those trophies look very good in the cabinet.
Also, class isn’t always permanent.

Just an old Chelsea supporters view.
I always compared him to George (stroller) Graham.
The lad has a touch of class about him. He enjoys coming short and is very good on the half turn. He will play well alongside another forward but definitely isn’t an instinctive CF.
His casual approach can sometimes get him into trouble but he is young enough to learn from a good coach.
I am sorry to see him leave.
