Eze is a broadsword to Rodrygo as an epee. Eze was being considered for left midfield not as a left winger. Rodrygo is being pursued as a left winger. The only issue is wages we aren’t going to offer £300k per week if he accepts closer to £200k per week he’s coming. The wages issue has made us look around at other targets so don’t be surprised if we go elsewhere.

I work in Istanbul beside Fenerbahce and Mourinho is promising huge signings and one that has popped up in the local paper is Smith-Rowe. Normally, I'd take it as a usual mourinho wish list but this one is in every paper and was mentioned at the fans forum with mourinho two weeks ago. Any legs?

Yes, it is in all the papers that a large offer went in from Arsenal 20m euros and Mourinho allegedly is not happy. I think they’re after 30m euros and they need it . Mourinho is on 10m euros and everything else I’ve seen him arriving at the stadium by helicopter into the local heliport at kalamis.
It’s very like Chelsea so he should enjoy it.

So Isak's agent has been talking to Arsenal hence why Liverpool were trying to have a bid. Arsenal are not going back for more bids with Sporting and Isak is available at £120m. let's see what develops.

I've disliked Liverpool from the team of the 70s that used to try and kick lumps out of Arsenal to win but what about their move for Isak, Etike or Rashford? Would Rashford not be an improvement for us as a backup and versatile forward?

Hi Sammy. I think Rushford would be an improvement - when he's on form. Too much for a sub and I'm guessing unwillingto be that as he wants a move to Barcelona. I'd be concerned about him disrupting the team too (don't know how true all the noise form Man U was) .
The Eds said the fee for Ekitike put us off in the past, but his goals/ assets total last season was better than Wirtz and Yamal according to BBC and similar to Isak. Offer from Liverpool reported as £70m so not much more than Noni really.

As some of you may know I live within 200m of Fenerbahce stadium so my local paper is Fener mad. At the moment Yusuf Akcicek is being praised by Mourinho as a Premier League signing he's mentioned Man Utd and Arsenal, although, Bayern Munich are probably a stronger bet. Akcicek is a 6'4" ball playing DC he's valued at £20-30m and looks a very good buy if he fills out a bit.

We enquired about both. Isak wasn’t interested and Rodrygo was after £350k per week which I agree for a player who could be flaky was far too big a gamble.

We are a wealthy club we can afford one more great signing. Isak is an issue because we may compete against Liverpool but there could be a spite sale. Rodrygo looks to be our big target…. now him saka and chunky viktor wow.
