I felt so many players came back too early with Wenger and got injured again.

Yes, Emery and his team seem to deal with injuries sensibly. We have to be cautious this season as we have a rather small squad of experienced players. The main strikers role concerns me, as we really only have Lacazette (injured) and Aubameyang. Perhaps Pepe can move to the central role if necessary, but after that we would have to rely on youngsters. With a heavy schedule ahead we will need to use our younger strikers in the forthcoming cup competitions. In the league cup, it would be interesting to try a front three of Martinelli, Nelson and Smith-Rowe. I like the look of John-Jules as well. Saka is another rapid young forward of huge talent.

I love this time of year raver61, Toot fans believe they are going to win a trophy, when we all know that come May the trophy cabinet is bare.
Arsenal are one season into a rebuild and finished a single point behind Toot. Perhaps this is the season we restore normality and finish top 4, above Toot.
Never thought I see the day when you were celebrating being 3rd in September. Then again I know that is success for a club that haven’t won a trophy in over a decade and last won the league in 1961, fast approaching 69 years ago. There is barely a single fan at the home of failure that remembers winning the title!
