Great to hear Adams upsetting the Applecart on striker, Arteta and Ode. Great to hear Merse question Noni as looks like we aren't getting the LW we needed as we spanked our money on Noni to play back up to Saka. Typical. I just think we're are now in a position that we people question if 2nd is good enough, is Arteta capable of winning the league etc etc.

Especially as Noni has played LW in preseason. Abusing a player is the best way to get them to perform I've heard.

Wire, I’m not abusing the young man. I’ve said I’m frustrated that we didn’t address the LW with a superstar. Rather a back up for Saka and now we need funds to buy the key role we really needed. That’s not a great order of business. I’m happy with Noni just again club prioritised positions strangely like not getting the striker we needed. Believe it’s evident last season and this that our attack is melodic, predictable and lopsided. A top top LW of the Saka quality was required along with a proven goal scorer at the highest level. That’s not abusing a player. Kids done nothing wrong and is an England international. Most of all he wears the right strip but doesn’t mean I think the club did the right move just like the 280k sub we have.

We are clearly ruffling feathers with Zubimendi which I love. Critics saying we must win now including Keown and Adams. Love it and puts pressure on club and boss to win something.

Interested to know where MA says he’ll drop MO in tough games that need a press? Always thought he was excellent at pressing COYG.
