You got to laugh

I purchased 2 tickets for Saturday, they haven't arrived. I was tld to phone back today if they did not arrive.
I phone and no problem, I can pick them up from Wembley.
What made me laugh was that I asked if the £2.50 postage charge would be refunded, they said, no as they entrusted Royal Mail. This club must be desperate for money!!
I ordered them the day they came on sale, over two weeks to deliver them, I reckon they were using Mert as the postman

You think that's bad I went to spuds opening day fixture in August and they were selling scratch cards with what time spurs would score their first goal, I scratched mine off and it said February
