I see Metro are now quoting £80 million for Thomas Lemar, it seems if Arsenal are interested the price rockets.

I interpret that as Monaco wanting to hold onto him, knowing he will eventually be sold, and seeing if anyone is that desperate to sign him that they'd take the bite - of course if the rumour is true in the first place, I don't think the metro is a credible source personally.

If we were playing hard ball for Lacaztte for 45/ 55 mil, we're not going to pay that kind of money for a not yet proven player. Mbappe is slightly different because he's literally the complete striker.
