Good morning Eds and my fellow gooners. I will start by hailing Mikel Arteta for his clear out at the club. For years now, we became a club for unambitious/retiring players but that has changed now thanks to the brutal management from Arteta.

Last summer, Ed002 explained how Edu is not the right guy to move Arsenal forward.

We all know winter seasons are very tough, it is not a window where you get the right signings but despite that,

Could this failure to land a single player after the clear need for a midfielder/striker and defender be on Edu and his recruitment team?

Chasing vlahovic and Arthur without an alternative lined up all window is just dumb.

Has Arsenal seen his frailty and are they looking to get him and Kia out of our club?

I still expect a couple of surprises. No one heard about the Chambers move until it was done. Just because you aren't reading about things doesn't mean they aren't working on them.

I actually agree with that McCain, if we cast our minds back its always the players who never arrive who are talked about for weeks/ months by the mrdia and to us fans while those players that do arrive seem to happen completely out of the blue and the deals are completed almost over night.

Obviously Arsenal's strategy is to let other people say whatever they want publicly without getting involved by denying any gossip at all while in private they are getting on with things without the media having a clue what's really happening.
