And with Norwich losing by one goal but crucially scoring one as well, we're now last in the table.

I'm looking at positives: there are plenty of talented young players in the squad and out on loan. The right kind of manager who knows how to inspire and develop them could make us into a real powerhouse. The problem is that the current manager is not that person. Instead of inspiring he alienates those who he has arguments with. And instead of developing them he. well i don't know what kind of training does he organize but at least there's no improvement on show when it counts.

Saka, Smith Rowe, Lokonga, Saliba, Martinelli, Mavropanos, White, Ramsdale, even Guendouzi are great prospects. Add to them Holding, Tierney and Partey and you can see there's a nucleus for a wonderful team. We just need someone to put it all together.

I think Wenger has said he would be open to coming in as an advisor to the board. I say take him in to help the board with appointing a director of football who in turn can appoint the next head coach etc. Correct the structure before we lose those brilliant young players.

Realism - the youngsters you mention will be long gone if we stay this bad.

Yeah that's the concern Oxford. We need to change things as soon as possible starting from the very top.

I love Wenger but when he was in the big chair he fought tooth and Nail against the appointment of a Director of Football. Only role I see for him is like Fergie at UTD and I think he has too much pride to accept that type of role under Kronke ownership.
