Personally I don't think so.
Mikel has shown absolutely no interest in him since taking over the Arsenal job, he's not struggled or excelled under Arteta he simply hadn't been involved under his management.

Ward Prowes has premier league experience which makes him both a better bet and more expensive to buy.
Personally I think always looking to buy from abroad and always looking to stay away from the more expensive English players has been part of our downfall.
Other clubs have not been scared of going for the best of what this county produces when available.

Not overly fussed either way - he stop our because our midfield was so poor before but as I’ve heard a number of pundits say: just don’t think he would get into a top 4 or 5 midfield. He frustrated me with his diving, getting out of position plus not e a toy a powerhouse. I liked his engine but that’s about it. For me we need to aim higher unless we have to compromise due to deficiencies elsewhere that are more pressing. I’d happily put up with ESR and not get another number 10 rather than compromise in CM. I hope we sell and get good money and upgrade to Bissouma. If we can’t get decent money then we settle for him, sort out his diving and attitude to strengthen elsewhere.
To be honest though - I don’t believe Arteta sees him as a potential solution hence he’s not in CM.
Sell him and Granit to upgrade gets my vote. Perhaps throw in Matteo to really fund our midfield.
Them sell Luiz and don’t replace which is an upgrade.
