Wow! Why on earth would anyone want the person back who put us in this place to start with. We might as well go back 25 years and bring GG in to sort the defence. Go back to back, No thanks.

Makes no difference either way as we were disorganised easy pickings under Arsene and still are under Emery, I see not benefit from swapping Arsene for Emery or swapping back either.
It's a bit like replacing a once brilliant pair of shoes you've sadly grown out of for another pair that don't fit either so simply going back to the old pair that you changed for a very good reason in the first place, where is there any sense in that?
Sorry Welsh but that's just crazy.

There is a reason Wenger still hasn’t been appointed manager since he departed from Arsenal. I would or want him back under any circumstances.
My first choice to replace him would have been serial trophy winner Mourinho and still is my choice as Arsenal manager. The most disappointing thing about Emery is that we are no better defensively. The good thing is the rebuilding of a dire squad. How much of that is down to him, I am not sure. However, I am still behind Emery as arguably he hasn’t been able to field his strongest defence if Bellerin, Holding, Luiz and Tierney. With Holding in the team we didn’t lose a single league match last season.

Malaga has already given up on Emery and with both Steve and RG now admitting serious doubts I'd say Emery is in real danger of losing the fans completely if he doesn't change his ways, struggle to beat Vila convincingly and the pressure really will be on.

No disrespect to Vila but he couldn't ask for a better next game than to play at home to a team who look like they weren't quite ready for a premier league return and who are certain to be involved in a relegation battle already.

I'm hoping you're kidding about Mourinho as manager. The man is insidious and I can't remember a club he's left where he hasn't divided the dressing room. Plus, he may have once been a winner, but you just have to look at his stint at United to see that his best days are behind him.

You bang on about there being a reason Wenger hasn't been appointed as manager at any club, but you want Mourhnho as our next manager? I haven't seen any of the top clubs knocking on his door since he was shown the door at United.

A dose of Mourinho is just what we need. He won trophies with Chelsea, Man United, Inter Milan, Porto and Real Madrid.
I recall that Emery only signed fr 2 years, so the position could be vacated at the end iof the season, unless things improve.

Allegri is the one we should pursue 100%.

We need Mourinho like we need a hole in the head, the clown failed at Chelsea when he pretty much got hoofed out of the club, he followed that with a failure at United when his out dated style of management and style of play got found out and you want the prize plum here.

#clueless.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that thinks Mourinho isn't the right fit for Arsenal. Something about him just rubs me the wrong way and I can't quite put my finger on what that is (sarcasm, in case you missed it) .

Give me Emery over Maureen any day. I don't want a manager who is so up his own arsenal like Maureen ever. I would rather have wenger and that saying something because i'd rather have mr bean than wenger. Maureen like wenger are yesterdays chip paper as far as football is concerned.
