Any of the Ed's know what edu's role involves at the club?
Just read what Martin keown had to say regarding him and Wenger and just wondered how much input he actually has on transfers and training.

{Ed002's Note - Edu as the role of "Technical Director" where he has minimal responsibility due to the strange structure at the club and promises have been made to another chap. Certainly "training" is well beyond his remit.}

Whatever Edu’s role is at the club it’s great to have two Brazilian signings, Luiz and Martinelli.

Thanks ed was just hoping as a club we was moving forward rather than the last few years of Wenger.

{Ed002's Note - It is unrelated to M Wenger - this is the structure of the senior management.}

Ed, what is the deal at our club behind the scenes. You elude to many promises and shambles. Very interested in what you have to say - opinion and fact. thanks.

{Ed002's Note - As I have explained before, the club has an overloaded senior management structure that was evidenced by the difficulty in recruiting a "Technical Director" - e.g. Monchi had no interest in working with no clarification of responsibilities; Andoni Zubizarreta had no interest in working in the strange set up the club has - which is why Sven Mislintat walked out; and Marc Overmars was not interested in working in the structiure Arsenal has. As I previously explained, Edu would perhaps being open to taking the job where he has minimal responsibility. There are other key figures in the mix as well - one of which Arsenal promised a senior role to - and that has also happened. The scouting structure is fixed and there is a chief negotiator - so what will Edu be doing? He can give advise about Brazilian youngsters certainly.}
