Any of the Eds have any more info on who out future manager may be? I see no point in rushing to a decision.

Does anyone know why the club has decided on such a strange structure? Or is it just a load of people fumbling around in the dark hoping to find a light switch?

Failing to attract the best possible coach because of it.

Also having procured Mislintat but for some reason then allow him to leave and then fail to attract Monshi to replace him.

And now scratching around looking for someone who they were pretty much lumbered with appointing first time around.

The conclusion I've reached is that the Kroenkes are completely disinvested in the sport of football and view Arsenal solely as a financial investment designed to bring dividends. This is obviously not news to you all. They've hired some people who may or may not know what they're doing, but said people are incapable of identifying their own flaws and do not have an owner who is willing to hold them to account.

Our board, often the group who is there to make sure we are on track, is devoid of people with football experience, are solely financially motivated and have no ideas or input. In effect what we have is a bureaucracy designed around its own survival rather than the survival of AFC.

Ed002 warned about the problems ‘upstairs’ at the club and he is totally correct. They took too long to sack Emery after he had clearly lost the players and the fans. Now they are undertaking this odd process of interviewing and choosing a manager from a large pool of candidates. It’s far easier, subject to availability, Pochettino or Rafa Benitez.
