Gonna be a debbie downer here.

Ed001s review of the day says 4 clubs have met Lille's asking price, one presumably Napoli, who Ed002 says have offered them their preferred replacement in the deal.
So it's going to be who Pepe picks, presumably, which very well may not be us!

So my excitement is very much on ice until I see any announcements from the club.

But hey, now we know there's 70m available, how about we buy a goddamn CB?!

I agree with you, until its announced on the official Arsenal website, it ain't a done deal.

I'm sure they're working on a cb. Remember not just anyone will do. And if we don't end up with one that's a big blow. But remember we have holding coming back and Chambers at the club again. Obv rather get someone in but maybe they could really step up. Wishful thinking I know.
