For Eds or anyone in the know, Some people saying Kiwior is up for sale. I thought he did brilliantly for us last season and would be a real shame, but completely understand if he wants game time.

It got me thinking, how realistic is it to play a vastly different team in the carabao/ EFL Cup and early stages of FA Cup (if not all of it if they do well) - primarily to keep good squad depth and all happy and in form. Just stuff of computer games?

For example us starting with:
Kepa

Timber Mosquera Kiwior Calafiori

Merino/ Norgaard MLS

Nwaneri Havertz Trossard/ Mart

Jesus/ Martinelli.

We need 2 first team players for each position. Kiwior should stay as back up lcb. Then if the imminent signings go through, and trossard leaves, eze can come i'm and battle martelleni for lw as well as cover for odegaard with nwaneri.
