Surprising addition, but makes sense. He's highly regarded tactically (as far as I can tell? ) and is known for tough training/ tough love. Could be more in the mould of Arteta than of Cuesta, who he is apparently replacing.

Hopefully he’s not a yes man and challenges Arteta with a bit of conviction. Plus not afraid to give a bit of tough love to players who need a bit of a nudge.
