Lampard came in and within weeks Hudson Od signed and said it took one chat. Emery is the opposite and is repealing players, however one hungry manager that the players can get behind could change so much. Today it seems the best managers are the ones the Players can get on with on a personal level.

I think it's really important that players trust and respect what their manger does and how he does it.
Once the players stop believing they're manager knows what he's doing its virtually impossible to win them back over. I would imagine it's Just like any other place of work where players talk amount themselves and feed each others dissatisfaction and if allowed to go on to long before you know everyone is looking at their options and looking to get away, those with no chance of getting their wages matched elsewhere will be the most likely to sta but they will be staying for all the wrong reasons unfortunately.

Ed, you said Emery wasn’t our first choice. Do you have any idea who our targets/ options may be if they’re forced to part ways with The tactical genius that is Emery.
{Ed002's Note - Obviously things have moved on since he was appointed and right now he is the coach. A couple of coaches will lose their jobs before him and maybe they will be in the thoughts. Right now it makes little point in discussing detail.}
